We want you to be satisfied with CreateaSaaS. If you're not happy with the service, we offer a straightforward refund policy. This document outlines how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Settings > Subscription, or by contacting us at heynoblehero@gmail.com. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You'll retain full access to your projects until the billing period ends.
  • After the billing period ends, your projects will be archived.
  • We recommend exporting any data you need before your access ends.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

After the 14-day window, refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we handle each case individually and may issue refunds or credits at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at heynoblehero@gmail.com with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful).
  • Your subscription date.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pro-rata Credits

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, we'll apply a pro-rata credit to your next billing cycle.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
  • Accounts terminated due to policy violations.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse.
